Schöllenen Gorge

The Schöllenen Gorge with the Devil's Bridge is a historical landmark at the entrance to the Ursern Valley and thus also flows into the Gotthard area. If you linger between the steep rock faces, you can experience the Gotthard myth up close.

Schöllenen circular walk

If you want to admire the Schöllenen Gorge more closely, you should take the Schöllenen Rundweg in the summer months. The short walk is easy, takes up to 30 minutes at a leisurely pace and you can enjoy the spectacular view of the vertical cliffs and the rushing river. The Teufelsbrücke restaurant is right next to the bridge of the same name. In summer, guests can enjoy food and drinks while admiring the Gotthard legend.
